The GWUNROTC Unit is a consortium of four schools across the DC area: The Catholic University of America, Georgetown University, George Washington University, and Howard University. Naval Science classes and weekly professional seminars are conducted on the GWU campus.
Prior to their first semester as a Midshipman, students will attend New Student Indoctrination (NSI) at the Naval Service Training Command in Great Lakes, IL. Students will also attend New Student Orientation the week before fall classes begin at GWU to familiarize them with Midshipman life in the National Capital Region.
